Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, but there’s a lot going on … well everywhere. Problems will come up, whether they’re little or big but you just gotta power through. That said, it’s ok to have feelings. Some people say that you should always be happy, but realizing that you’re depressed, mad, angry, hangry, whatever it is. Realizing it, not pushing it away, but finding something that makes you happy. Don’t be ashamed of whatever you need to do to help yourself, there are many ways you can do that. Only some of them work, only some people understand.
